What Our Patients Say About Us

“Dr. Lina has been extremely helpful during my pregnancy and postpartum journey. I am a CrossFit athlete and runner, and noticed some pelvic floor difficulties later in pregnancy I wanted to address prior to delivering. She guided me through helpful exercises to make sure I was feeling more confident and prepared to give birth. I started working with her again 3 weeks postpartum to ease back into exercise. I’m so thankful to have someone like Dr. Lina to work with who is knowledgeable in the area of pelvic floor. She is professional, kind, and truly cares about my progress!”

“Lina is so knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! We started working together at 2 weeks postpartum with my second baby and at 6 weeks postpartum I feel strong and am already back to doing things I love like weightlifting. She makes her patients feel comfortable and tailors exercises to each individual. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for pelvic floor physical therapy!”

“Lina was very professional and personable. She took the time to get to know me, my activities and my issues. Lina completed an evaluation and then addressed my pain by suggesting exercises and stretches that I should to to alleviate my discomfort. She also demonstrated the exercises and then made sure that I was performing them properly.”
